Return Policy Terms and Conditions

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return with a refund. 

To start a return, contact us at contact@caballitos.com. Let us know that you are requesting a return and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1209 13th Avenue, Conway, S.C 29526. 

Shipping for returns: Returns made within the 60 day window of delivery date will be eligible for free return shipping. Packages that are returned after the 60 day post delivery date will have an $8.00 shipping fee at the time of return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags affixed. The item must be unworn and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For your convenience, returned items do not need to be in the original packaging.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received your return and the item has been inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges: The same Terms and Conditions under the Return Policy will be applied to exchanges. Should an exchange exceed the cost of the original purchase, the balance of that exchange will be applied at the time that the exchange in processed. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
